- Your main responsibility is to make outbound calls to clients to confirm on transaction and application form details
- Support operations team in handling remittance: Inward/Outward payment, Fix Deposit placement and roll over
- Provide effective support to Managers in managing business and clients’ requirements
- Sort file and retrieve transaction records
