They are looking for Bar Managers to join their newly expanding hotel and oversee daily bar operations of internationally renowned and Michelin star restaurant brands.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager and your responsibilities include:
- Set up and oversee all aspects of bar operations, understanding customer drink preferences, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure bar inventory is stocked and manage any cash payments
- Uphold the restaurant's reputation for outstanding customer service, ensuring that guests receive personalized attention and a memorable experience
skills and experience required
- Established experience in a bar manager related role in a restaurant/bar/hotel
- Preferred WSET level 2 qualification
- Keen passion in the F&B and hospitality space, with experience and knowledge of best practices, sanitation standards and food safety regulations
- Knowledge of the industry top standards and compliance in the F&B space
