    about the job

    • Track all prospecting activities for regular follow-up
    • Develop opportunities for meeting - to build company awareness, drive connection and interest of prospect
    • Leverage social media, network, online research, directories to outreach to all target segments’ prospective clients through cold-calling, emails and private messages
    • Build relationship to ensure existing client
    • Uncover new areas of services e.g. technology and other manpower outsource services
    • Conduct site visits and develop proposals
    • Engage in bid management for large scale RFP above certain contractual sum

    skills & experience required

    • Master / Degree / Diploma in engineering
    • Min 3 years of sales experience in physical security / manpower outsource / facilities management / business IT
    • Role concept : 70% hunter + 30% account servicing
    • Fine to be an individual contributor role
