about the job
This person will support faculty and business development staff with business related tasks such as interacting with external clients and internal stakeholders to ensure scheduling, reports creation and travel organization. This person will collaborate with everyone in the South East Asia team to ensure first class execution.
Support active business development activities to successful project completion including administrative duties tracking sales leads in SalesForce, coordinating quotes and tenders (RFP) with sales packs, and managing customer accounts. Support marketing activities such as updating graphics and text for presentations and other external material (e.g., digital brochures). Research as well as organize data for reports and presentations to clients. Perform a broad variety of administrative support to Faculty and team members. Performing general office duties including; managing mainline, reception services, courier services and ordering supplies. Other ad hoc duties and support.
skills & experience required
A degree or diploma in Business Administration, or related preferred. Minimally 3 years of experience as executive assistant or other relevant administrative support. He/she needs to have good knowledge on Microsoft office functions / Salesforce / Google tools, and be able to work in team setting and be resourceful, creative when it comes to problem solving.
