With a strong regional presence, they have distinct capabilities in injection molding & tooling and serve sectors across automotive, medical, consumer etc. In line with their commitment to further grow their medical segment, they’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
about the job
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production and quality, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
job requirement
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales account management within the manufacturing and/or medical device industry would be highly desirable
- In-depth understanding of the precision tooling and plastic injection molding manufacturing industry
- Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Pioneer/Joo Koon)
