Our client is an established IT Professional service firm who is a market leader here in Singapore. With massive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking to recruit a BI Manager / Data Analytics Manager to lead their Business Intelligence team.

About the job

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the data analytics team across tableau, Qlik and MicroStrategy. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc
• Working closely with the sales team to engaging customers in technical solutions meetings, addressing their needs, providing IT Technical advice/solutions to clients with regards to platform selection and advice on most suitable tools for integration. This includes coming up with technical proposals, delivering presentations, RFP, RFQ, RFI and etc.
• Leading project implementation. Ensuring that project adheres to scope, milestone, budgeting and etc.
• Ensuring the BI growth plan is supported by latest technologies and adequate resources. This includes manage manpower and budgetary efforts to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives.
• Following up after post project implementation, evaluating the impact of the IT digital initiatives to track business benefits

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in BI (Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI or MicroStrategy) is required for this role. Candidate with proven track record in project management (timeline, pricing/budgeting and etc).

Candidates with consulting/ SI/ Professional services background is required for this role.
