about the job
This role sits in the AR team of 2 existing team members. You will prepare and process bills and disbursement costs for 4 entities. You will assist in the follow-up for credit collection. You will generate tax invoices, ensure that invoices are issued with the correct GSt amount and returned with accuracy and post them in the system. You will also update clients’ billing details on the system and update Pro forma bills whenever necessary.
skills and experience required
You are qualified with an accounting diploma. You have at least 1 year of experience in the AR team. Meticulous, independent and individuals who have good communication skills will succeed in this role. You will be liaising with professionals so this candidate will have to have a good command in English.
