about the job
You will prepare and process bills and disbursement costs for 4 entities. You will work closely with the Credit Collection team. You will ensure that invoices are issued with the correct GST amount and post them in the system. You will also update clients’ billing details on the system and update Pro forma bills whenever necessary
skills and experience required
You do not need to be finance qualified. Ideally 2 to 3 years of finance administrative experience. You will be liaising with professionals so this candidate needs to have a friendly and pleasant disposition. You also have to be meticulous when checking and posting of cash amount.
