- Establish protocols for model management
- Collect incoming models, coordinate submission and exchange of BIM models
- Determine the conventions to be followed for reviewing BIM models and associated deliverables
- Install patches to close documented vulnerabilities in the model
- BIM project data residing on network servers should be subjected to regular backups
- Maintain a BIM data archive and ensure a quality assurance plan for the Models
- Establish and maintain encryption-at-rest measures and encryption during-transmissions measures
- Document and report any incident relating to the model
skills & experience required
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or equivalent
- Min 7 years in construction, design, drafting , BIM Modelling , BIM Model management
- Prior experience in LTA project (M&E / Trackworks / MRT / Civil)
- BCA certified
- Proficient in tools such as navigator , navisworks manager, solibri model checker
- Complete at least 1 full project cycle at design / construction phase
- Prior experience with large project value
