Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution supervision of all integrated consumers campaigns: ATL & BTL activations for the brands portfolio.

- Define and monitor the local brand strategy and action plan - bring to life the consumer & brand engagement platform experience, in line with the brand & portfolio strategy
- Supervise - the management and execution of the different actions of the touchpoint traditional and digital, in order to create memorable experiences
- A&P management: build the consumer A&P for assigned brands and optimize the allocation by type of investments. Manage, adjust, and control the A&P spend throughout the year, to achieve business target
- Development of the portfolio, product, and communication strategies - you will get to drive long-term brand equity, as well as continuously recruiting new consumers into the category, through:
- Understanding of the market – competitors, channels, categories & customers – to transform it into business opportunities, consumer & shopper behavior from observation, research and data reports
- Recommend, implement and evaluate effectiveness of business activities (consumer and trade) in order to optimize business performance and ensure excellence in execution
Skills Required:
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in FMCG sectors - marketing, strong understanding in a digital world (i.e., social media, e-commerce)
- Excellent Media skills
- Data-driven mindset, result-oriented and thrives in unstable environment where test learn approach is highly encouraged
- Must be proactive, with a confident flair and interest in engaging directly with the brands external customers
