about the job

Acting as the brand custodian, responsible to drive unified, consistent and accurate brand positioning across all markets. Review and drive creative ideas and concepts, monitoring and tracking the execution process in each country. Ensure brand alignment with strategy, framework and guidelines.

Facilitates cross-functional collaboration among different stakeholders and country heads to plan marketing activities for each market. To direct and lead the regional marketing activities such as advertising, Public relations, product launches, trade fairs and events. Able to analyze market trends & competitor strategies and work closely with both local & regional stakeholders to provide marketing solutions.

Responsible for the creation & execution of annual marketing programs within budget

Create strategic plans for digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc), Brand website, Mobile App and roll out to all regional markets.

Conduct brand training and orientation to internal stakeholders to strengthen internal brand knowledge and equity. Promote brand awareness through brand seeding on business & event collaboration, sponsorship & partnership deals.

skills & requirements

3 Minimum years in a people management function and over 8-10 years of Marketing experience

Diploma / Bachelor degree Prior experience in managing FMCG brands B2C / B2B is required

Able to think out of the box with strong analytics and strategy planning

Regional Experience in Asia - specifically SEA preferred
