• Lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues
• Supervise and manage contractors / vendors / suppliers to ensure smooth operations of the buildings
• Manage feedback by recommending and taking remedial actions in a timely manner
• Prepare quotation or oversee tender process for services / purchases as required
• Manage tenant on-boarding, fit out works and requests

Jobs requirement

• Master / Degree / Diploma in Real Estate / Facility Management / Engineering or equivalent
• Min 6 years of facility management in Office, Business Park / Industrial / Logistics / Hospitality environment
• Experience in managing facility technicians
• Will be a plus if candidate is certified with any of the following : Singapore Certified Energy Manager / Green Mark Accredited Professional / Licensed Electrical Worker (EMA) / Fire Safety Manager
• Familiar with BCA GM requirements and current technologies in sustainable development
