Our client is an established Building Construction, Design, Engineering and Real Estate Development company. This rapidly expanding company is looking for a talented facilities manager to take on a newly created role.
about the job
- Lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues
- Supervise and manage contractors / vendors / suppliers to ensure smooth operations of the buildings
- Manage feedback by recommending and taking remedial actions in a timely manner
- Prepare quotation or oversee tender process for services / purchases as required
- Manage tenant on-boarding, fit out works and requests
Jobs requirement
- Master / Degree / Diploma in Real Estate / Facility Management / Engineering or equivalent
- Min 6 years of facility management in Office, Business Park / Industrial / Logistics / Hospitality environment
- Experience in managing facility technicians
- Will be a plus if candidate is certified with any of the following : Singapore Certified Energy Manager / Green Mark Accredited Professional / Licensed Electrical Worker (EMA) / Fire Safety Manager
- Familiar with BCA GM requirements and current technologies in sustainable development
