About the company
Based in Jurong Island, Client is an energy firm and we are looking for a Business Admin to support a team of professional account managers managing their accounts. Your support and coordination for the team will be an essential part of the business.
About the role
You must be a hard working, motivated, self-starter who excels in providing great admin at all times and be well presented. Let’s discuss this further if you are keen to take on this role. Your daily responsibilities :
1)Process Purchase Order – Service and Product
2)Process Invoices – Services and Product
3)Prepare offer to customer
4)AR follow up on payment and reporting
5)Arrange logistics for import and export
6)Coordinate with the sales team on the sales related activities
7)Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
8)Any Ad Hoc task require available immediately.
Skills and experience
In order to qualify for the role, you need to be
∙ At least 3-5 years of admin experience
∙ Experience in Administration Skills
∙ Possess good Organizing and Scheduling Skills
∙ Experienced in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
