Spearheading functional and technical requirements gathering that meets business requirements for one or more lines of business
Define and capture scope statement for the projects or enhancement within team
Understanding current business processes and elicit business, system requirement and improvement needed to optimize business and workflow processes
Work closely with business users, delivery and development team to come out with solutions to meet business needs
Manage stakeholder's expectations on project deliverables, prioritization and negotiation
Acting as the single touch point between multiple groups of business and technical stakeholders
Staying on top of deliverables and project deadlines
