My client is an established international bank with a presence in the region. They are looking for experienced change managers / business analysts to ensure their business requirements are met in order to drive organisational goals.

about the job

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in driving change and in project management as well as have excellent knowledge of local regulations such as AML/CFT (MAS626) policies and frameworks and be able to work independently. The position sits within well-established, close knitted teams and report to the Head of Business Analysts. You can expect to work with seasoned and well-respected industry professionals including senior management, a diverse workforce and enjoy broad learning exposure. You can expect to play a crucial role in assisting business lines identify gaps and the respective solutions, drive change and improve business performance. Other responsibilities include:

  • Research and perform data collection and analysis on needs and issues of key business lines and stakeholders in order to identify gaps, understand business requirements, and to develop solutions and process enhancements
  • Identify, support and advise on client information and data maintenance, client lifecycle management, and client onboarding / due diligence challenges on a strategic level for the organisation
  • Business partner with key stakeholders to propose innovative solutions for global and complex issues and develop corresponding solutions
  • Work in tandem with senior management

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Law, Economics or Finance
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in change management
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Excel/VBA skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements (FATCA, CRS, MIDFID) would be an added advantage
  • Project/change management skills required
