    about the job

    Reporting to the Group Business Controller, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis including forecasting and budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions for the region. Partnering the sales team, you will also support the cost analysis and seek improvements for new business initiatives. Working closely with the business stakeholders, you will provide qualitative financial insights on the business performance and drive project implementations in the region. You will continuously drive optimisation and automation to their reporting processes, educating the finance team on how to better leverage the system while working closely with IT to craft out the necessary workflow.

    skills and experience required

    You should be degree qualified in accounting/finance with at least 3 years of relevant regional financial analysis and business partnering experience. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP and Power BI. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders. You possess strong business acumen with a flair to influence changes in a collaborative approach and are comfortable being hands on to set up processes.
