    About the job
    You will be steering the business continuity program and managing business continuity crisis and events. You will lead and manage the execution of business continuity management (BCM) activities and process optimisation of business continuity plan (BCP) for the group, facilitate risk assessment, performing business impact analysis and crisis management planning. You will strengthen the group's BCM awareness by conducting training and workshops, maintaining and aligning BCM policies and practices.

    Skills and experience required
    Degree in Banking/Finance with at least 5 years of BCM/BCP experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry. You should possess strong knowledge in BCM regulations and the ability to perform business impact analysis and process optimisation. In order to succeed, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders.
