- Track all prospecting activities for regular follow-up
- Develop opportunities for meeting - to build company awareness, drive connection and interest of prospect
- Leverage social media, network, online research, directories to outreach to all target segments’ prospective clients through cold-calling, emails and private messages
- Build relationship to ensure existing client
- Uncover new areas of services e.g. technology and other manpower outsource services
- Conduct site visits and develop proposals
- Engage in bid management for large scale RFP above certain contractual sum
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree / Diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Min 4 years of sales experience in physical security
- Candidate from Police Licensing & Regulatory Department approved security company will be a plus
- Role concept : 70% hunter + 30% account servicing
- Individual contributor role
