Primary job responsibilities include Creating and maintaining project codes using the AssessTeam system. Formatting of proposals, reports, terms of business using powerpoint/word document. Assisting with proposals report printing and binding (if any). Maintaining the central filing system (incl. softcopies backup). Preparation of Customer Due Diligence forms. Support in identifying sales leads, contacting customers, setting up sales meetings, and updating databases. Conduct market research, gather marketing intelligence, and collect customer feedback for better improvement. And assist with preparation of marketing materials and event planning.
Secondary job responsibilities include assisting with staff professional membership (e.g. IIA/CIA) registrations process. Registering staff for training & updating the training list. Assisting with new / resigned staff administrative matters. Preparation of invoice billings. Assist with various office related administrative registrations processes. Liaise with the courier service as and when needed. Assist the management with the booking of meeting rooms.

You will be working within the Business Development team, working closely and supporting the business development executives.
skills & experience required
The ideal candidate needs to be minimally Diploma in Business management or any related field, he/ she needs to be proactive, customer service oriented, good working attitude and a team player. You will need to come with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally some sales/BD experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. You must also possess good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, drive and have the ability to work independently.
