    About the client

    I am representing a leading international law firm who is a leading player in the South East Asia Market. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support them as the first touch point of new clients and venting through basic agreements and qualifying it. You will be supported by an established marketing team and experienced leaders and exposure to a diverse range of clients.

    About the company

    Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:

    • Supporting the organization and its partners in qualifying new prospects and building strong relationship with clients
    • You will serve as the first point of contact and assist to vent through client “s request and agreement and qualifying the leads before passing them on to cross-functional team to pitch organizational”s rates and procedure
    • You will assist to preparing compelling proposals, capability statements, reports, presentations and other client-facing collateral
    • Oversees various aspects of our client care programme, including communications and events
    • Understanding market trends and competitor analysis to ensure firm will be in touch with changing market condition
    • Promoting best-practice business development processes and policies within the firm

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 3 years of experience in a professional service environment
    • With basic understanding of legal terminology from work experience or from course of studies
    • Able to prioritize and manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines with high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
