Description ...

Develop new business for warehousing, transportation, 3PL OR Freight and any related logistics fields from new customers,
Further develop the company’s business scope with existing customers of Freight Forwarding Division and 3PL Division
Liaise with company’s 3PL division, freight forwarding business development dept and overseas offices to maximize the benefit of both the customer and the company,
Fullfil the target of 3PL business development
Making a grand design of company’s 3PL / Freight business and budget making for business development activity,
To establish a dedicated business development team if and when necessary,
Taking the lead in continuous improvement initiatives of business development activities in cooperation with the GM of freight forwarding sales to drive sustainability and further growth of the business.
Preparing necessary reports and presentation materials such as but not limited to the company’s Executive Meeting, Board Meeting, Parent Company’s quarterly meetings, etc,
Report customers’ and markets’ trend to the Management,

Requirements

• Min 7 years of relevant work experience in 3PL, warehousing OR Freight-forwarding industry
• Experience in business development activities to the regional headquarters of MNC,
• Good ability to strategize and solve problems using creative & innovative approach
