about the job
- Develop new business and implement marketing strategies for business growth and profitability
- Further develop the company’s business scope with existing customers of Freight Forwarding Division and 3PL Division
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Provide leadership & guidance for the supply chain department
- Establish KPIs for the logistics operations
- Develop a continuous improvement environment
- Streamline operations procedures and develops plans to manage turnover
- Oversee all facets of the daily operations of each business units
- Develop and manages budget planning to minimize operations expenditure
skills & experience required
- Master / Bachelor in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Management or equivalent
- Min 8 years of experience in 3PL Business Development platform
- Prior Experience in setting up 3PL warehouse & managing freight fowarding
- Willing to start off as an individual contributor (hunter & BD)
- Proven track record of experience in process improvement of business development activities
