    about the job

    As the Sales / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the business and revenue for the APAC region, including Singapore and Hong Kong. This includes building up the b2b sales for all their corporate offerings, both for new business development as well as through the account management of existing clients. Your main responsibilities include:

    • Developing both new and existing business.
    • Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close of all new business development for their suite of travel management services and solutions.
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams (operations, products etc) to ensure high service delivery and effective onboarding of new clients.
    • Supervise and execute any tenders / bids including RFP/RFI processes.
    • Regularly checking the latest market development trends, investigating and summarizing the industry products, exploring business cooperation opportunities, and putting forward feasible suggestions on the company's products and market strategies.
    • Participation and representation of organisation at key trade conferences and exhibitions;
    • Maintenance and expansion of key clients.

    skills & experience required

    • At least 3 years business development experience, with experience in B2B corporate travel sales/management.
    • Strong knowledge of travel industry, travel industry players, as well as travel management services and solutions.
    • Sophisticated analytical and conceptual thinking skills and business and strategic acumen.
    • Ability to present and articulate clearly to conduct sales, including tenders, bids, presentations and pitches.
    • Poise and presence to lead-up and direct leaders and senior leaders.
    • Ability to work effectively (autonomously and collaboratively) with all levels of the company.
    • Have keen industry insight, strong ability of analysis and judgment, market development, customer communication in a collaborative environment.
