As part of their ambition to being the leading provider of oversea students” placement , they are looking for a driven individual with strong managerial skills to strategize and drive business development activities within the local market
About the role
Reporting to the country director, your responsibilities will includes
- Working closely with senior management to strategize short and long term strategy with the end objective of being the leading player in the industry
- Strategize full cycle of sales activities such as prospecting, working closely with cross functional teams such as marketing to generate qualified leads for sales team to follow up and develop consistent sales pipelines
- Developing mutually beneficial partnerships with both new and existing partners to cross-sell services
- Ensuring sales team are aligned with end objectives and implement measurable KPIs and provide mentoring and coaching when required
- Be in touch with latest trends and market developments and identifying opportunities and shortfalls and respond accordingly
- Working closely with cross functional teams such as Finance to implement forecasting methodologies and processes to achieve accurate, timely pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Lead and support the office to improve Sales productivity through the implementation of global CRM system adoption, pipeline management , conversion benchmarks.
Skills and experience required
- Min 5 years of experience of proven b2c sales track record with team management experience (candidates need not comes from Educational background)
- Able to work well with people at all levels with strong stakeholder management
- Experience in developing business plans, budgets and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.
