As one of the leading life insurers in Asia, our client is currently looking for a Business Development Manager for the high net worth segment to grow the business within Premier International and Private Banking segments.

about the job

  • Work closely with Bank stakeholders (Sales Team Managers, Insurance Specialists, Relationship Managers) to ensure achievement of Bancassurance targets
  • Devise and execute strategies to raise productivity and deliver the proposition within the different segments
  • Provide product training
  • Devise and create incentive campaigns
  • Organise and collaborate on corporate events
  • Initiate business case across various internal and external stakeholders for driving productivity
  • Case manage specific products across the channel, to optimize an end to end sales process solution for internal and external stakeholders

skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years working experience handling HNW customers
  • Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment
