my client is one of the world's largest Learning solutions and corporate leadership development solutions provider. They have a huge presence and rich heritage across the world and a growing base in Asia Pacific. They are looking to add additional resources in their Client Solutions team and looking to hire a Business Development Manager.

about the job

As the Business Development Manager you'd be responsible for :

  • Full cycle business development, right from prospecting, lead generation and initial contact to closing and account management.
  • Manage and create a healthy pipeline of prospects by cold contacts, networking events or any other source of qualified contacts and leads.
  • You will be responsible for bringing in a consultative and meticulous approach towards solution sales and sell off the shelf solutions.
  • You will bring a hunter approach to this role and must be resilient to thrive in a complex sales environment.

about the manager/team
This role will report to the Senior Director and Head of the Sales team in the Singapore office. The team is known to have an exceptionally supportive and transparent culture.

skills and experience required

  • You will be experienced in B2B Sales and preferably to HR or L&D professionals.
  • You will have atleast 6 years of experience with a stellar track record of bringing in new business
  • You will be experienced in Complex sales environment and have a strong background of consultative sales in a long term sales cycle product/service
