job description

Reporting directly to the MD based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for leading and managing the business operations in Singapore while managing a sales team, aiming to maximize business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Country P&L & responsible in developing sales strategies to achieve long-term business goals and objectives in the region specifically within Malaysia & Philipines.
  • Manage activities in Singapore, including establishment and achievement of the business plan
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual KPIs
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Searching for potential clients to generate business needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Lead, direct and develop the consumer sales team and drive employee engagement

  • Requirements:-
  • At least 5 years experience in Business Development (B2B) and/or Sales/Key Account Management, ideally within the hospitality - Furniture, Fittings and Equipment’s industry
  • Have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Have strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, change management and communication skills
