As a Business Development Manager, you will be involved in the sales of a wide spectrum of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of SMEs.

• Acquire new borrowing accounts through outreach activities and referrals
• Provide prudent financial solutions to meet the needs of SME clients
• Building rapport and maintain good relationships with clients
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements

skills and experience required

• Minimum diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of loan experience will be advantageous
• Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented
