    I am representing one of the leading HRMS software solutions companies with presence in more than 20 countries and counts some of the largest fortune 500 companies as their clients. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive their new business solution and services to both existing and new clients. You will be entitled to an attractive base salary along with commissions and a trusting & employee centric environment.

    About the job

    Reporting to the Head of Sales , your responsibilities will includes

    • To work with management to develop a new business sales plan and strategy and set specific sales targets in assigned vertical
    • You are expected to drive business development activities that is not restricting to networking , sales meetings, identifying and mapping potential clients
    • Working as a team such as with the Solution Consultant, Pre-sales you will assist to preparing and presenting customize proposals to targeted prospects” pain point
    • You will be proactive in setting periodic follow up meetings with new clients and identifying opportunities for up-selling for existing clients and maintaining good relationships
    • You would understand market trends, target audiences , identify unique selling points of products and solutions in comparison with competitors and provide recommendations to the sales & marketing teams in their prospecting effort.

    Skills and experience required

    • Proven sales track record with knowledge of HRMS / ERP Software solutions
    • Technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and target audiences
    • Able to work in a collaborative manner with respective cross-functional teams and is able to present to people of all levels
