As part of their expansion, they are growing their “Technology Division” across the APAC region and are looking for an Individual with strong consulting sales background to strategize and identify opportunities within the targeted vertica and provide customized solutions to their needs.
About the role
Reporting to the APAC Business Development Director, your key responsibilities will includes
- Working closely with business leaders to strategize short and long term sales strategies in assigned verticals
- Identifying opportunities within the Tech vertical via keeping trends of market developments, competitor analysis and working closely with cross functional teams such as marketing to follow up on inbound and outbound leads
- Oversee sales activities such as cold calling , email marketing , networking and setting up appointments with key decision makers to understand their pain points and needs and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Constantly follow up with both new and existing clients to identify shortfalls, up-selling opportunities and take immediate action to rectify on potential issues and maintaining long-term relationships
- To update periodically on CRM systems and ensure information are accurate and up to date and develop strong sales pipelines and follow-up plans
- Understand the needs to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure synergy and maximizing of resources for business plans
Skills and experience required
- Min 8 years of client solutions , consulting sales experience in B2B Technology space
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Proven sales record and with the ability to withstand pressure and constantly exceed given targets
- Comfort level in traveling within assigned territory when required for business purposes
