Backed by renowned corporations, the company came up with a product that promotes zero waste and even uncovered levels of marketing ROI that made a big impact. Featuring about 50 employees, they are a small yet successful firm that has extensive business growth in Hong Kong over the last few years. Due to their rapid expansion, they would like to hire a high calibre Business Development Manager to join their team.

    About the job

    In this role, you would be exploring and acquiring new business clients who require incentive or loyalty marketing. You would be covering the Singapore region, targeting clients from industries such as, but not limited to, Insurance, Financial Services and FMCG. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, you will be matching the company’s CRM solutions to their needs and strategies. Along with driving strategic engagement with clients and ensuring ROI is achieved, you will also need to go through regular business reviews to provide relevant KPIs and process optimisation. Additionally, you will need to work closely with various departments in the company.

    Skills and experience required

    Ideally, you have at least 8 years of experience in Business Development/ Sales/ Account Management in digital marketing products or tech solutions to enterprise clients. You have prior experience in working and communicating with C-Level and senior executives. A plus would be comprehensive expertise of the F2F and eCom payments environment. Working in a start-up firm, you are comfortable in working in fast-paced environments and have strong problem-solving skills.
