    About my client

    My client is one of the leading ICT conglomerates headquartered in Singapore and one of the largest mobile network operators locally. They have been raising awareness and providing advice for SMB to digitize their business to accelerate growth. Hence as part of the team”s expansion they are looking for a candidate with experience in market development or business development in dealing with SMEs, SMBs businesses

    About the role

    Reporting to the Director of Market Development, your responsibilities will includes

    • To work closely with senior management to plan & strategize business plans and outreach for targeted market
    • You will be tasked with reaching out to SMEs, SMBs partners and providing them with knowledge , accessibility and benefits of having organization”s digitalisation programs
    • This is done by partnering with cross functional team for lead generation , raising awareness for targeted segment to accelerate organizational”s ICT solutions
    • You will be proactive in keeping in trend of SMBs market , technologies and organization”s products and services so as to understand and provide customized solutions to clients” pain points
    • Prospect and hunt for new leads through the ecosystem/partnerships such as trade chambers, embassies, banks, and government agencies etc
    • Manage the lifecycle of assigned initiatives, including demonstrating operational success and recommending further iterations.
    • Ensure regular updates of CRMs system and periodic follow up with SMBs and to provide up-to-date reports to management on progress and shortcomings.

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 4 years of relevant experience in dealing and working with SMBs, SMEs in the local market
    • Good network of SMBs and SMEs connection
    • Good communication skills and is able to break down complex concepts into easily understood terms to prospects
    • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with both external and internal stakeholders
