• You will focus on 3 main areas: Strategy and Business Implementation, Business Management and Analytics.
• Conduct business reviews, work closely with risk committees and drive deliverables.
• Manage score cards for International Country CEOs and support head office initiatives.
• Prepare pipeline and analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on peers’ and performance analysis.

about the manager/team

You will be reporting directly to Head of Business Management.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in banks/ financial institutions
• Confident and possess excellent communications skills to drive and manage discussions and meetings
• Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
• Results driven; able to deliver under pressure
