My client is seeking for a Business Process Analyst to drive business process improvement across key functions like Finance, Supply Chain & Operations.

- Leverage expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with business units to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to existing business processes.
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions to gather requirements and define optimized workflows.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other methodologies.
- Partner with IT teams to align process improvements with system enhancements (SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM tools).
- Ensure alignment with corporate governance, compliance, and quality standards.
- Develop documentation and SOPs to support re-engineered processes.
- Support change management efforts and provide training to end-users post-implementation.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of improvements and identify further opportunities.
skills and experience required
5+ years of experience in business process re-engineering, process improvement, or business analysis. Strong knowledge of SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) – FICO, MM, SD preferred.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, especially in multicultural or matrix environments.
