    about the job

    You will provide operational support on country management related matters such as co-ordinate and consolidate committee and meeting packs including taking meeting minutes and follow up on actions. In addition, you will coordinate activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operations, as well as handle country management correspondence and channel it to relevant stakeholders. You wil also prepare and consolidate various documents and presentations, plus be responsible for expense reconciliation and understanding variances to budget.

    You will report to the Country Manager of the Singapore branch.

    skills & experience required

    You should possess minimum 8 years of executive secretarial/business support experience within a bank or similar financial institution. This role is well suited for somebody who is flexible, able to multi-task, willing to take on new challenges, and is a strong team player. You must also possess very good analytical skills with a strong eye for details.
