About the Job

In this position as a Call Centre Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Call Centre and managing up to 3 Team Leaders and overseeing the Contact Centre operation in Singapore.

You will be responsible for the productivity efficiencies and meeting call centre targets/KPIs set, ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements and effective implementation of telemarketing strategies. You will be expected to develop, lead and drive the Team Leaders & Telemarketers who are committed to drive optimum productivity without compromising quality and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operation.

The ideal incumbent will also managing the day-to-day operations of the sales channel including financial budgets, communications, sales/performance management & staff coaching & retention.

skills and experience required

  • At least 3+ years of experience managing Telesales / telemarketing team in a Team Lead, Team Manager or Supervisory position
  • CGI, BCP, PGI and Health Insurance (HI) certified - good to have
  • Exposure in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services sector preferred
  • Demonstrate adaptability and effective time management to work under pressure
  • Ability to make sound decisions to identify the gaps when doing quality check
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
