An IT company is looking to hire a Call Centre Officer to join their Singapore business.

about the job

As the Call Centre Officer, you will be a part of the Call Centre team where you will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of customers through phone calls and emails
  • Handling high volume of inquiries from customers
  • Addressing customers’ concerns & issues
  • Logging all calls into the system

about the manager / team
You will be a part of a dynamic & diverse team and you will report directly into the Call Centre Manager in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient. You will take on a proactive and friendly approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 1 year of call centre or customer service experience. You will be required to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis. Fluency in Mandarin is a requirement as you will be required to liaise with clients who only speak mandarin. You will demonstrate high adapting skills, well in multi tasking and demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams in a face paced environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$2800 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
