An IT company is looking to hire a Call Centre Team Lead to join their Singapore business.

As the Call Centre Team Lead, you will be a part of the Call Centre team where you will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Supervising & mentoring of the call centre officers
  • Delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of customers through phone calls and emails
  • Handling high volume of inquiries from customers
  • Addressing customers’ concerns & issues
  • Logging all calls into the system

about the manager / team
You will be a part of a dynamic & diverse team and you will report directly into the Head of Call Centre in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient. You will take on a proactive and friendly approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 3 year of call centre or customer service experience. You will be working on a 5.5 days work week basis, and will be required to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis. You will demonstrate high adapting skills, well in multi tasking and demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams in a face paced environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4200 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a rewarding work experience!
