about the job
You will be managing the main reception to ensure quality service is rendered to all stakeholders, handling day-to-day email enquiries and ensuring proper response or escalation when necessary for any operational issues. You will be following-up on requests by campus users and outsource teams. Handling pre-planning of events and activities on campus with the relevant departments and ensuring that they run smoothly and are in line with internal policies. You will also be assisting in the creation of cardholders and troubleshooting of ID Badges issues by campus users, handling the Asset tag printing and liaising with Residences, Restaurant, Fitness and Project managers on newly purchased and to be disposed furniture or equipment. You will also be handling room booking needs, creating, archiving and disseminating campus signages, notices and posters.

You will be reporting to the Manager of Operation and Compass Service team.
skills and experience required
- Minimum Diploma in Business management or equivalent
- Minimally 1 years of experience in business administration functions, detail oriented in managing data and documents, or having backend / frontline customer service experiences
- Must have good knowledge on Microsoft office/ Excel functions
- You should have great communication skill and stakeholder management skill, able to work independently in a face-paced environment
