Campus Outreach: Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to build relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations. Attend career fairs, networking events, and campus presentations to promote the Organization and its career opportunities.

Recruitment Activities: Manage the full-cycle campus recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for internships, co-op programs, and entry-level positions.

Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing any candidate concerns.

Brand Advocacy: Promote the Organization as an employer of choice by sharing the company culture, values, and career opportunities with prospective candidates.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Analyze recruitment data and trends to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 4-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Energetic and proactive with a passion for engaging with students and early career professionals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
