Our client, a dynamic insurance brokerage firm established a quarter-century ago, specializes in personalized advisory and brokerage services for high-net-worth clients worldwide.
As a Case Manager, you will be integral to the Sales Operations Department, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison among insurers, sales consultants, and clients, ensuring smooth management of insurance applications from initiation to completion.
- Prepare highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for sales consultants' meetings.
- Provide extensive support for new business sales and after-sales policy services to sales consultants.
- Coordinate pre-case submission activities, including scheduling medical appointments, preparing KYC documents, and completing insurer application forms.
- Oversee new business case submissions to various insurers, working closely with sales consultants from application through to policy inception.
- Manage monthly reporting for banking purposes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience within banking and finance industry.
- Proficiency in software used for insurer illustrations.
- Excellent communication skills.
