About the company

A global tech company is seeking for a high calibre Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join their dynamic team.

About the job

This exciting role would require you to report to the Global Compensation and Benefits Director. You will be working closely with the APAC team to primarily support and deliver end-to-end C&B and HRIS portfolio. Your daily activities include:-

  • End to end of all C&B duties - job evaluations and recommends pay grades for new or revised jobs.
  • Supports annual year-end process such as bonus and long-term incentive program
  • Provides recommendations on various pay actions such as promotions, bonus, salary adjustments, and equity studies.
  • Contributes to the global administration and communication of annual compensation programs (salary planning and incentive plans).
  • Assists in HRIS Project initiative such as leading the HRIS improvement and support the deployment of corporate policies and work process to the region.
  • Opportunity to be involve in APAC C&B projects.

About you

To qualify for this attractive role, the candidate must be degree educated with at least 5 years of regional compensation and benefits experience. If you think you fit the bill, it would be good to know you!
