    In this role, you will work closely with the C&B team, HR team and business on C&B projects to align rewards to the business goals. You will do research, analysis, and implement strategies and project plans related to compensation, performance, and change management.

    about the manager/team
    You will be reporting Head Of Compensation & Benefits and be a part of the large progressive C&B Team

    skills & experience required
    The ideal candidate should be degree educated with 3+ years of experience in rewards. Candidates could either have experience from a reward consultancy or with a large MNC with strong analytical and project management experience. With excellent communication skills, you should be used to influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business and be comfortable presenting data and reports to senior management
