Our client is a Financial Services MNC, currently recruiting for a C&B Analyst to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will manage C&B processes, including but not limited to:
- Manage Benefits activities, such as coordination of employee well-being initiatives, health screening, insurance claims management, employee benefits queries, updating and checking of employee entitlements on database
- Manage C&B data and reports, documentation, analysis and review of compensation data, job levelling
- Support mobility matters including expatriate management, tax and salary proposals
- Suggest process improvements and support C&B initiatives

skills and experience required
- Ideally at least 1-2 years of experience in managing compensation and benefits activities
- Experience in Workday system would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
