Reporting to the Rewards Manager and working in a team, you will work closely with other Centre of Excellences and local HR counterparts in the region. You will:
- Be the subject matter expert for all total rewards matter
- Manage and oversee the company's total rewards programs for the APAC region
- Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure market competitiveness in the region
- Implement annual compensation & benefits initiatives including salary review, workforce planning, insurance review, global mobility, salary and job level benchmarking
- Partner with external vendor to drive market survey for salary structures and performance management framework to improve internal equity and ensure market competitiveness
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, 4 years of specialized experience in total rewards
- Prior experience working with external vendors such as Mercer, Aon and Wilis Towers Watson
- Detailed oriented, strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, independent with strong work ethics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
