As a result of ongoing and continued success, they are looking to expand the team and is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Lead to lead their team.

about the job
You will find yourself in an organization with countless opportunities to grow and learn. You will undertake the role of a Compensation and Benefits Lead, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Lead the compensation function - base salary ranges, bonus programs, compensation and stock option programs

  • Plan, design and implement compensation programs and policies that are up to date and competitive with market standards

  • Ensure that the compensation programs and policies are in compliance with company policies and government regulations

  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing policies and recommend improvement plans

  • Provide strategic inputs and feedbacks to stakeholders to improve compensation related programs

  • Manage projects such as program design, analysis, budgeting, survey analysis, compensation integration for M&A etc.


about the manager/team
Leading on C&B for the region and reporting to the HR Director

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related fields of studies and demonstrate minimally 6 years of experience. Candidates with experience in C&B are highly recommended to apply. You will have extensive experience with stock option programs and have international compensation and salary requirements knowledge. You should have advanced knowledge of government regulations. You will have excellent analytical skills and be able to work well under a fast paced environment. You will have strong communication skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders.
