Compensation & Benefits Manager

$8000 X 13 months + VB

about the role

You will undertake the role of a Compensation and Benefits Manager on a regional platform. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of C&B policies and practices to ensure that both business objectives and staff’s welfare needs are met effectively.

  • Reviewing policies, processes and salary benchmarking within the industry and group to keep up with market competitiveness
  • Manpower budget exercise
  • Design, deliver and implementing competitive retirement pension and sales compensation/incentives programs;
  • Manages broad based Compensation initiatives including, mergers & acquisitions, variable pay design, complex offer development across borders.
  • Budgeting, Analysis and reporting for payroll related matters, manpower costing and sales performance
  • Alignment of total rewards programs to harmonize with all the various business entities
  • Assist the Head of HRSS in HR projects, HR policies and Strategy planning
  • Third party vendor management skills

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM/business/finance/economics related field and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines with excellent stakeholder management skills. You are also known for your strong forecasting and innovative ability. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who is driven and keen to make an impact in a fast pace and ever-changing environment.
