    My client is a real estate company looking to hire a C&B manager to join their Global Rewards Team.

    about the job

    As a C&B manager, your role will require you to partner with the relevant HRBPs and the organisational development team to analyse jobs, identify similarities and differences in job structures, and be involved in the career planning of different companies. As well as advise and work alongside HRBPs in employee insurance renewal negotiation, benefit pooling opportunities and vendor selection.

    You will be reporting to the head of Human Resources.

    skills & experience required

    The ideal candidate should be degree educated with 6+ years of experience in rewards. Candidates could either have experience from a reward consultancy or a large MNC with strong analytical and project management experience. With excellent communication skills, you should be used to influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business and be comfortable presenting data and reports to senior management
