Our client is a well-established conglomerate, currently recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Operations Executive (1 year contract, convertable/renewable) to join the HR team.
about the job
This is a newly created 1 year contract, entitled to bonus and benefits.
Reporting to the C&B Operations Lead, you will support C&B operational activities, including but not limited to:
- Support benefits administration, working with external vendors and HR teammates to manage payouts and calculations, including insurance claims and flexi-benefits
- Manage compensation and benefits data to support and administer annual C&B processes, such as salary review, performance bonus exercise, C&B surveys, employee awards and welfare, insurance renewal quotations
- Manage employee shares including share portal and queries
- Manage C&B reports and support relevant HR/ C&B projects

- 5 day work week, 1 day work from home
- Office location: West, Singapore
- Yearly completion bonus (1 month), entitled to flexi bonus (2-4 months) and benefits
skills and experience required
- Relevant education and work experience in C&B administration
- Experience in Workday system would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Self-starter, resourceful and a team player
- Knowledge and experience in C&B processes and HR practices
