Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will work closely with other members of the Rewards team and internal stakeholders in the region. Your key responsibilities include:
- Support compensation and incentive design including executive compensation
- Manage the total rewards programs for the APAC region
- Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure market competitiveness in the region
- Implement annual compensation & benefits initiatives including salary review, workforce planning, insurance review, global mobility, salary and job level benchmarking
- Partner with external vendor to drive market survey for salary structures and performance management framework
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in total rewards, senior candidates with consultancy experience (Aon, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry) will be considered for the Advisor role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detailed oriented, strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, independent with strong work ethics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
